Along with professional floristic services, we offer on-time flower delivery in the best possible way. Below are the general Floren Flowers bouquet delivery rules, which are important to read before ordering.
Please note that our flower delivery service in the Seattle area is available within a 30-mile radius. We deliver flowers on the same day or on a specific date if ordered in advance. We also work on weekends and holidays. This means you can send fresh flowers or other gifts any day.
Same Day Flower Delivery - Send Flowers Today!
With our fast courier service, you can order and receive a bouquet of flowers with our same day flower delivery in Everett, Lynnwood, Kirkland, Bellevue, Seattle, Renton, and its suburbs. But here it is important to remember that we carry out orders on a day-to-day basis if the order is placed and paid before 12 pm on the same day. As our boutique is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., we accept orders any day to promptly deliver to your destination on time.

Delivery Policy
We offer 6-day a week flower delivery from 10:00am to 6:00pm
Same day delivery if the order is placed before 12:00pm
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the delicate and perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered. Flower appearances can change rapidly, and we cannot ensure proper storage after delivery.
We will process returns or refunds only if:

The order is completely incorrect in terms of the type of flowers or arrangement size.
Please note that minor variations (such as missing or substituted flowers, different packaging, or vases) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Refund Policy
We do not provide refunds for personal preference issues (e.g., disliking the arrangement or changing your mind after delivery). Due to the perishable nature of flowers and the labor involved in preparation and delivery, please make selections thoughtfully.

Once flowers have been purchased for your order, we cannot offer a refund.

We can arrange a change in the delivery date or provide store credit for future purchases.
Order Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made by speaking directly with one of our managers via phone during business hours. The order will not be considered canceled or rescheduled without written or verbal confirmation from a manager.
Cancellations are possible only within 24 hours of placing the order, subject to a $30 service charge.
After 24 hours, refunds are not available.
Post-Delivery Responsibility
Once the order is delivered, Pink Clover is not responsible for the condition of the flowers. For pick-up orders, please verify the accuracy of your order before leaving our store, as we are not responsible for the order once it has been picked up.

Incorrect address details will incur an additional $30 charge for a second delivery attempt.
Substitutions
During certain seasons, flower substitutions may be necessary due to availability. Rest assured, any substitutions made will be of equal or greater value, preserving the beauty and elegance of your arrangement. Our florists always prioritize the freshest flowers while considering seasonal availability and aesthetic appeal.
