1. Product Availability & Substitutions We handcraft each arrangement with care using the freshest flowers available. Occasionally, certain blooms or containers may be substituted due to seasonality, supply constraints, or market conditions. In such cases, we guarantee the substitution will reflect the overall style, color palette, and value of your selected design.
2. Order Processing Orders are processed during regular business hours. Same-day delivery may be available for local orders placed before the daily cutoff time. Please contact us directly for rush or special requests.
3. Delivery Policy Deliveries are made via our in-house team or trusted couriers. We deliver locally within selected areas of Snohomish and King County. If the recipient is unavailable, the arrangement may be left at the doorstep (weather permitting), or a redelivery fee may apply.Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays and additional charges. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to inaccurate recipient information.
4. Returns, Refunds & Claims All sales are final due to the perishable nature of our products. If there is an issue with your order, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our team via phone or email with supporting photos. We’ll review concerns on a case-by-case basis and may offer a partial refund or store credit when appropriate.
5. Order Changes & Cancellations. Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Same-day or rush orders cannot be canceled once prepared or in transit. Refunds are not provided for orders refused at delivery.
6. Payment & Security. We accept secure payments via Wix POS and online checkout. Credit/debit card details are never stored by Floren Flowers. All transactions are protected using industry-standard SSL encryption.
